Allianz AG is recognized on the Bulgarian market after buying 51% of the company “Bulgaria Holding” JSC’s stocks in 1998 and becoming the owner of the newly founded company “Allianz Bulgaria Holding” JSC, based in Sofia. “Allianz Bulgaria Holding” consists of seven companies and offers services within the insurance, social security and financial fields. Three companies operate within the insurance field: “Allianz Bulgaria” Insurance JSC, “Energy” Insurance JSC and “Allianz Bulgaria Life” Insurance JSC. It caters to individual and corporate clients.
