LEX INS INSURANCE BROKER Ltd. has the right to accept or refuse the examination of the dispute by the SPC. Should we accept, you should be aware that the proceedings are free of charge to the parties and are held in default of appearance. The written conciliatory proposal of the JCC to resolve the dispute is not binding, but must be approved by both parties to have the force of an agreement between them.
As an insurance broker, INSURANCE BROKER LEX INS Ltd. carries out insurance mediation on commission from its clients, users of insurance services and in this respect represents them before insurance companies.

The nature of the remuneration which LEX INS INSURANCE BROKER Ltd receives for providing its intermediary services is a commission included in the insurance premium for insurance contracts concluded with its intermediary and is paid by the insurance company.
