    The right of access to the personal data relating to the individual which is processed by the controller;

    the right to erasure ('right to be forgotten') of personal data which are being processed unlawfully or on a basis which has ceased to be lawful (expired storage period, withdrawal of consent, fulfilment of the original purpose for which they were collected, etc.);
    the right to restrict processing in the event of a legal dispute between the controller and the individual pending its resolution and/or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
    the right to data portability where personal data are processed by automated means on the basis of consent or contract. For this purpose, the data shall be transmitted in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
    the right to object at any time and on grounds relating to the particular situation of the data subject, provided that there are no compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or legal process;
    the right not to be subject to a fully automated decision involving profiling which produces legal effects concerning him or her or significantly affects him or her.

You may exercise the rights under the General Data Protection Regulation by submitting an application to the controller in person or by proxy, in writing, by post, by a licensed postal operator or by electronic means signed with a qualified electronic signature. In the application, you should indicate your name, address and other data identifying you as the data subject, describe what your request consists of, your preferred form of communication and the action to be taken on your request. It is necessary to sign your request, reflect the date of submission and the address for correspondence with you.

If you believe that your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation have been infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission.
