GROUPAMA INSURANCE SJSC IS A LICENSED INSURANCE COMPANY, the legal successor of “DSK Guarantee” Insurance JSC, created on 13.05.2005. During 2008, the international insurance and bank group “Groupama” JSC – France obtained both insurance companies “DSK Guarantee” and became their sole owner. During 2009, they were officially renamed to “Groupama Insurance” SJSC and “Groupama Life Insurance” SJSC.

Both insurance companies are exclusive partners of “DSK Bank” as per a long-term agreement in the field of bank insurance products. The company offers a wide selection of products in the field of life insurance, vehicle and property insurance.
During 2011, “Groupama Life Insurance” SJSC was awarded “The best combined financial product” award for its “Life” insurance product, in relation to a structured bond for a joint campaign with “DSK Bank” regarding combined sales with a deposit.
