What does it provide?

THIS INSURANCE PROVIDES individuals and entities with protection. It covers the risk of financial and non-financial damages inflicted to third parties in relation to the insured party’s activities during the insurance period. This insurance is especially important in order to minimize possible losses and expenses related to contracts and claims of employees, partners and clients. The coverage is specified in several clauses (see separate text in the menu).

What do we insure?
THE INSURANCE PROTECTION RELATES TO the entity and its workers and employees, in relation to the performance of their official duties.

How should we react if necessary?
IF AN EVENT OCCURS, which may lead to the submission of claims in respect to this insurance, the insured party must notify the insurer. In turn, he provides the insured party with instructions regarding the required documents and the procedures which must be followed. In case of a court dispute, the insured party brings the insurer into third-party proceedings, in the capacity of a helper.

What will the insured party’s compensation be?
AS PER THIS INSURANCE, THE INSURED PARTY WILL BE COMPENSATED FOR:All amounts he is legally obligated to pay on the grounds of third-party claims for financial and/or non-financial damage compensations;All court expenses and costs related to the arrangement of claims, covered as per this insurance’s conditions and incurred with the insurer’s written consent, amounting to no more than 10% of the limit per insured event;Prudently incurred expenses for the purpose of restricting damages, even if the efforts are unsuccessful.

What are the advantages?
THE INSURED PARTY negotiates the policy liability limits for himself and may choose whatever is most favorable for him.THE POLICY PAYMENTS may be arranged in installments, without interest.
